MEET OUR TEAM
Rudy Paniagua
PRESIDENT
"My passion is to help individuals create capacity in themselves to thrive by processing and healing their pain. With mental health on the rise as we learn from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the cost-of-living impacting families, individuals are faced to deal with internal and external stressors. Studies from the Mental Health Million Project show that in the United States, 45% of individuals with a clinical-level mental problem do not seek professional help. Additionally, studies reveal that individuals do not explore support due to the lack of knowledge, lack of confidence, stigma or fear, and lack of affordability. BOL Inc. seeks to remove the fore-mentioned barriers by offering holistic awareness, partnering with others to bring affordable care, and being a resource liaison to all needing help.”
Rudy Paniagua graduated from the Latin American Bible Institute (LABI) with a degree in Bible and Ministry. He attended Fuller Seminary where he accomplished a Master’s in Theology and Ministry. His passion to guide leaders on their journey towards their goals, as well as motivate members of the community to find their purpose has given him the privilege to serve on different community boards like One Step Ministries, FARO CDC, and Exponential Español. Rudy continues to embrace education, as he believes it is a key component to success.
Tanya Paniagua
FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT
“I knows what it’s like to be trapped by the pain of my past. I knows what it’s like to not embrace my present and what it feels like to fear the future.”
For too many years, our founder, Tanya Paniagua, lived in the bondage of her past. After making a choice to undergo her own healing journey, a passion was stirred up within her to see others make their own decision to be set free. This inspired her to pursue a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling. After some research, she quickly learned that counseling and coaching were inaccessible to all communities because of finances. This did not sit right with her as Dr. Tanya did not want to exclude anyone from gaining tools and being empowered to live their best life. Thus, BOL, Inc. was birthed to give everyone this life-changing opportunity.
Dr. Tanya earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, her Master’s in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, and obtained her Doctor of Education in Counseling and Community Care (Ed.D.) also at Liberty University.
